We would like to introduce ourselves, and present our credentials, to you

We believe that it is our combination of accounting and tax expertise, along with our commitment to sharing solid business advice, that really sets us apart from others in our field, giving our clients a competitive edge. We think you will agree.

  • Christine M. Darcy, CPA

    Principal

A graduate of Monmouth University, Christine started her career with a local accounting firm in Monmouth County. This home-grown CPA has deep roots in New Jersey where she gained her professional experience working closely with business owners and individuals in the local community. But from the very beginning, she understood the importance of going beyond compliance services, seeing past the numbers themselves, to assist clients in developing and executing the strategies most critical to achieving their goals. She takes her role as a trusted advisor very seriously.

Prior to founding her own CPA firm with her colleague Dawn Connolly CPA in 2011, she was an Audit Partner at one of the largest regional accounting firms in the northeast.

Having been at large and small CPA firms, Christine founded Darcy and Company CPAs to bring the best of both worlds to her own firm and her clients. She knows first hand what is essential for her clients – and she is able to draw on her background to deliver the services and guidance that they most value.

Christine is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). An advocate for her profession, she also co-chairs the Membership Committee of the Monmouth-Ocean Chapter of the NJCPA and is a Chapter Past President.

Christine believes strongly in the benefit of students and young professionals having a mentor. She currently participates as a mentor in the Monmouth University SEEMA Program (Student Enrichment and Engagement Through Mentoring Activities) at the Leon Hess School of Business.
